Sales & Return Policy

Pups are marked as they are spoken for with a "hold", "sold" or "reserve". Pups marked "Hold" are awaiting the $200 deposit (3 day maximum for "holds"). Once the deposit is received, they are marked "sold". Final payment is due at the time of pickup or before shipping (minus the $200 deposit).
All deposits are non-refundable (except in the case of injury, illness or death of the chosen pup). However, they are transferable to another available pup or to a later litter owned by the same breeder, should you change your mind before 5 weeks old.
Pups are to be picked up or shipped (approx $300 additional cost) by 9 weeks old. If the pup is not picked up by 9 weeks, there is a $10 daily boarding fee for up to 20 days (past the 20 days the deposit and pup are forfeited, unless buyer pays for additional boarding).
We reserve the right to decide to keep pups pictured here for our future breeding until 3 weeks old. These will be marked "reserve" whenever possible. We reserve the right to decline the sale of a pup after a deposit is received for any reason deemed in our or the puppy's best interests (deposit will be returned in that case).

Sales Policy
Our puppies are not an "industry", and before purchasing a dog, from anyone, you should read and consider the story in the link below. Please know that any dog which we place in a new home will ALWAYS have a home here, if for some reason they cannot be cared for by their new family. We DO NOT want, for any reason, any puppy of ours to ever face being "given up" to a shelter, rescue or worse. We expect anyone purchasing a puppy from us to always know we'll have a place for them, or we'll find a forever home for them.

Our Health Guarantee
The purchaser has 3 days to have their pup vet-checked for life threatening diseases and a 1 year guarantee against life threatening congenital defects.
